Full Wedding Planning Services

Before the Wedding:

  • Access to Us: Reach out via email and phone for ongoing support and advice throughout the planning process.
  • Planning Tools: Access to our exclusive wedding planning tools to keep everything organized and on track.
  • Planning Meetings: Regular meetings starting one year before the wedding to discuss progress and next steps. Weekly check-ins during the final month to ensure every detail is covered and nothing is overlooked.
  • Vendor Assistance: Help with searching for, booking, and communicating with wedding vendors, ensuring you find the best fit for your vision and budget.
  • Bridal Party Attire Selection: Guidance on selecting the perfect attire for the bridal party, from dresses to suits and accessories.
  • Decor Design and Selection: Assistance in choosing and designing the decor to match your wedding theme and style.
  • Venue Floor Plan & Seating Charts: Help with creating a detailed venue floor plan and seating chart to ensure guest flow and comfort.
  • Day-of Timeline Creation: Together we will create a comprehensive timeline for your wedding day to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Vendor Timeline Distribution: We’ll send the finalized timeline to all your vendors prior to the wedding day, so everyone is on the same page.

Day of the Wedding:

  • Full Wedding Day Coordination: Complete coordination on the day of your wedding to ensure everything goes according to plan. See below for a detailed list of the day-of coordination services we provide.


Day-of Coordination Services

Before the Wedding:

  • Access to Us: Contact us via email and phone for any planning questions or support.
  • Planning Tools: Gain access to our exclusive planning tools to help you stay organized and on track.
  • Planning Meetings: Two in-person or virtual meetings with us—one approximately 8 weeks before the event, and the second about 2 weeks before the big day.
  • Day-of Timeline Creation: We will assist you in creating a detailed day-of timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Vendor Coordination: We will distribute the finalized timeline to all of your wedding vendors ahead of time, so everyone is on the same page.
  • Rehearsal Coordination (Add-On): Optional rehearsal coordination to ensure the ceremony flows perfectly on the big day.

Day of the Wedding:

  • Full Day-of Coordination: We will manage all the details of your wedding day to ensure everything goes according to plan.
  • Decor Setup & Takedown: Assistance with setting up and taking down decorations, ensuring the venue looks beautiful without you having to worry about the details.
  • Timeline Management: We’ll ensure the event runs on time, keeping everything on schedule from start to finish.
  • Vendor Oversight: Acting as the point of contact for all vendors, we’ll oversee their responsibilities and ensure they deliver as expected.
  • Guest & Wedding Party Direction: Directing guests to their seats prior to the ceremony and reception, and ensuring your wedding party is organized and ready for the ceremony and grand march.


Yes, we do offer rehearsal dinner coordination as an add-on to any of our packages. It is an à la carte option, so you can choose to include it based on your needs. Please note that additional fees apply for this service. If you would like more details or want to add it to your package, feel free to reach out and we’d be happy to discuss the options with you!


Yes, we will set up your personal decor. This service is included in our Day-of Coordination packages (excluding Package A) and our Wedding Planning package. If you're booking either of these services, we'll ensure your decor is set up and arranged just as you envision it.


No, we do not handle the pick-up of decor rentals or desserts. However, we will be there on the day of the wedding to meet your designated transportation person (or delivery team/vendor) when they arrive with the decor rentals or desserts.


No, we do not handle loading vehicles at the end of the night. However, we will gladly place your items in a designated spot at the venue before we leave, making it easy for your designated person to load them up.


Yes, we do travel! There is a travel fee if your wedding is located more than 20 miles outside of Minneapolis. Travel fees start at $25 and vary depending on the distance. Feel free to reach out with your wedding details, and we will provide a quote for any applicable travel fees.



While we do coordinate and manage the event, we do not take on the responsibilities of other vendors. For example, we are not DJs and we will not handle music or entertainment. Our role is to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time, while your other vendors handle their specific duties.


We will not handle any personal items on the day of your wedding. This includes marriage licenses, wedding rings/bands, and personal items left in your bridal and/or groom suites.
